Jeff Clark began tattooing in Brooklyn, New York, in 2009. In 2016, he returned to his home state of Maine, where he opened Scorpio Rising Tattoo in 2021. Jeff specializes in illustrative, fine-line, black-and-grey, and realism tattooing, with a particular interest in stippling and etching techniques. His work encompasses a diverse range of subjects, including animal portraits, insects, natural landscapes, botanicals, and portraiture. Known for his crisp linework and meticulous attention to detail, Jeff brings precision and care to every piece—making Scorpio Rising Tattoo an excellent choice for your next project.

What Is Your PricingI charge $200 for the first hour, and $150 an hour each additional hour.
I am always happy to provide a quote before the deposit and an exact price once we finalize the design.
Where are you Located
I am located at 615 Congress St, Suite 401, in the Congress Street Building—the same building as the State Theatre and many local shops.
The entrance is located slightly to the left of the State Theatre. After entering the lobby, take the elevator to the fourth floor. When you exit the elevator, take a right, and you will see my studio at the end of the hall in Suite 401.
