Scorpio Rising Tattoo Studio
Opened in 2021, Scorpio Rising is the private, by-appointment tattoo studio of artist Jeff Clark. The studio is located in the historic State Theatre building in the heart of Portland, Maine’s vibrant downtown Arts District.
My studio is on the fourth floor, Suite 401. Clients often comment on the calm and creative energy of the space. You’re also likely to meet my miniature dachshund, Ozzy, who loves making new friends.
In addition to tattooing, the studio serves as my painting workspace, where I create large-scale oil paintings — you’re always welcome to browse and enjoy the artwork during your visit.
Complimentary snacks, bottled water, coffee, and tea are available, and you’re more than welcome to bring a friend or two for company.
